Our mission: make everyone get time back
As avid travelers and foodies, we saw too many poor experiences in restaurants accepting no reservations around the world. Managers yelling names at doors. Unclear waiting times. Customers either desperately to ask staff if they were next or simply disappearing.
We wanted to build something that eliminate that chaos. Not with complexity nor with enterprise features that need training, but with a simple system that does one thing exceptionally well: turning waiting from a liability into a competitive advantage.
We see WaitQ as the waitlist system that reduces no-shows, increases customer turnover, and brings a sense of calm to an activity no one likes: waiting. All with virtually zero operational overhead.
