1. Open Subscription
Go to Subscription and find the SMS/WhatsApp credit balance.
2. Select Buy credits
Choose Buy credits or Buy additional credits. This option is available only for eligible subscription states shown in the page.
3. Review the package
Enter or choose the credit amount and review the price and purchase terms. Additional credits are used after monthly plan credits and do not reset each month.
4. Confirm the balance
Complete payment, return to WaitQ, and verify that the additional balance appears before relying on it during service.
