How to control how far in advance customers can book

Set the earliest and latest moments when a time can be reserved.

1. Open the booking timing settings

Select Edit booking list and open General → Availability.

2. Set minimum notice

Use Minimum time before a reservation can be booked to prevent last-minute bookings your team cannot prepare for. For example, two hours of notice hides times that start sooner. New lists start with 15 minutes.

3. Set the booking horizon

Use Maximum time in advance a reservation can be booked to decide how far into the future customers and staff can book, up to 365 days. Choose a period for which staffing and opening hours are reliable.

4. Test the boundaries

Save and open the public calendar. Check today, the first allowed time, and the last allowed date. The location time zone determines these boundaries.
