1. Add the list
Use the location selector to open a location, then select Create list → Create a reservation list. Enter a clear name that customers will understand.
2. Configure the essentials
In the Operations group, set the booking duration, frequency, and advance-notice rules in General, then review Form fields, List capacity, Working hours, Notifications, and Services. In the Customization group, turn on Public check-in when this reservation list should appear on the location's customer page.
3. Save and open it
Save the list, confirm that its working hours allow new bookings, and open Public check-in from the Location overview. You can also edit the reservation list, open Public check-in, and download or print its QR code.
Review the built-in preview before publishing. It uses the location accent colour when one is set and falls back to the business accent colour.
4. Create a test booking
Choose a real available time and complete the customer form. Confirm that the booking appears on the correct date and that its confirmation contains the expected details.
