How to use services with different booking durations

1. Open Services

Select Edit booking list, open Services in the Operations group, and turn on its switch.

2. Add each customer choice

Select the services this list should offer, or choose New service to create one. Services are shared across your business, so each service's name and duration are managed once and reused by every list that offers it. Avoid combining services that occupy meaningfully different amounts of time.

When customers can choose more than one service, the booking duration is the total of the selected services. Use the maximum selection setting to limit how many they can pick.

3. Review availability

Save and open the public booking page. Choose each service and compare the available start times. Longer services need enough uninterrupted availability before closing.

4. Test capacity

Create overlapping test bookings where appropriate. Confirm that the list allows or prevents them according to your configured capacity.
