The kiosk opens a location-specific page on a shared device. The customer selects an available queue and completes its configured join form.
After the entry is submitted, WaitQ shows a confirmation and returns the kiosk to its starting state for the next customer. Staff see the new entry in the same queue used by QR and manual walk-ins.
Keep kiosk forms short and avoid optional fields that customers may not want to enter in public. Position the screen so the current customer has reasonable privacy.
If a list does not appear, confirm that the Kiosk feature is enabled, the list is open, and its working hours include the current time.
