How to set up the TV display

Show live queue information on a shared screen without accepting check-ins.

The TV display is an informational screen for customers who are already waiting. Customers join through Public check-in, the kiosk, or a staff member.

1. Choose the queues

Open the Location overview and select TV display → Edit TV display. Choose up to eight queues and save. You can also edit an individual queue and turn on TV display under Customization. There is no separate location enable switch.

2. Review the displayed information

Choose the layout and TV header name, then decide whether to Show customer names and, for locations with a floor plan, Show assigned tables / counters. Only share information appropriate for a public screen. You can turn on Show Public check-in QR code when Check-in is enabled for the queue.

3. Open it on the display device

From the Location overview, select TV display → Open TV display. You can also use Copy TV link for another device. Put the browser in full-screen mode and prevent the device from sleeping during service.

4. Test live updates

Add a test entry and change its status from the dashboard. Confirm that the TV refreshes and remains readable from the expected viewing distance.
