A location is the place where your team serves customers. Each location can have its own hours, queues, booking lists, public pages, and floor plans.
1. Start a new location
Open Locations and select New location. Enter the location name and the requested contact and address details. Use a name that staff and customers will recognise.
2. Review its settings
Open the available settings and check the location details, working hours, and public features. You can return to these settings after creating the location.
3. Create and open the location
Select Create location. WaitQ opens the new location overview, where you can add a queue or booking list. A location needs at least one list before customers can join or book.
4. Test before sharing
Create the list you need, configure its form and hours, then open its public page as a customer. Submit one test entry and confirm that it appears in the dashboard.
If your plan limits the number of locations, WaitQ will ask you to choose a compatible plan before adding another one.
