WaitQ organises your account in four levels:
- A business contains your shared account settings, team, subscription, and locations.
- A location represents a physical or operational venue.
- A list is a queue or booking list inside a location.
- A public page is where customers join a queue or create and manage a booking.
Changes to business details can affect every location. Location settings apply to that venue. List settings control one queue or booking flow, including its form, schedule, services, and notifications.
A location can contain several lists. For example, a restaurant could use one walk-in queue and one reservations list, while both use the same floor plan. Each list can be opened or closed independently.
QR codes and kiosks let customers submit entries. A TV display shows live information and does not accept check-ins. Always test the exact public link or device mode you plan to share.
