Roles and permissions explained

Understand the difference between administrative configuration and daily operational access.

Administrators manage business-wide configuration, locations, users, and billing where permitted. Staff access focuses on daily operations for the locations assigned to them.

Operational access can include viewing lists, adding customers, calling them, updating visit states, and handling bookings. Configuration actions may be hidden when the role does not allow them.

Location assignment limits where a user works. A person may have operational access to one venue without seeing another venue in the same business.

Review access whenever responsibilities change. Each person should use their own account so actions and permissions remain attributable.
