One credit represents one message successfully sent by SMS or WhatsApp. Email and in-product actions follow their own availability and do not use an SMS or WhatsApp credit.
Applicable plans include a monthly allowance. WaitQ uses that allowance first. Additional credits are consumed after the monthly balance runs out.
Monthly credits refresh with the applicable billing cycle. Additional purchased credits remain in the account over time and do not reset each month, as described in the purchase dialog.
Open Subscription to check the current balance and recent usage. Test messages use credits when they are actually sent.
