Plan limits can cover the number of locations, staff accounts, enabled product modules, days of analytics, and included SMS/WhatsApp credits. During the free trial, waitlists, customer visits, and email notified customers are limited too.
Your Billing page shows the effective plan and its current usage against each limit, such as Locations, Staff accounts, and SMS/WhatsApp credits per month. Some features are visible but locked until the business uses a compatible plan.
WaitQ prevents a move to a plan that cannot support current location or staff usage, or active floor plans. Reduce usage first or choose a larger option.
Notification credits are consumed separately from structural limits. Only SMS and WhatsApp use credits; email is not counted against them. Monthly included credits reset every month, and any additional credits remain available over time.
